Frequently Asked Questions

 All orders will be dispatched within 5-7 working days once your design you have approved your design. 

All of our products are laser engraved and this engraving is permanent. All cooking and serving products are sealed with a food grade mineral oil that is safe for contact with food. 

You will be contacted by phone/email to approve your design. Revisions can and will be made if you are not happy with your design. If you have not approved your design within three days, we will begin processing your order with the design sent and ship it out to you.

All cutting boards and cheeseboards come with care instructions to help you get the most out of the products your order. Important points to remember: 

· Hand wash only with dish soap and water

· Do not submerge in water for an extended period of time 

· Treat your board with Food Safe Mineral Oil a few times a year

· Do not place hot pots or pans on your board
